About the position
Comsys is continuously growing and has built a solid network of selected partners and need to recruit a Key Account Manager to strengthen the relations with current key partners.
You will be responsible for:
• Proactively and strategically managing and developing relationships with key partners to further strengthen the relationships and driving new business.
• Develop business plans and setting annual targets on selected accounts.
• Working closely with the partners and their sales organizations both in their head offices and local offices around the world, to identify and act on new business opportunities and client concerns.
• Making end-user visits together with the partners
• Working with marketing activities (fairs, local meetings and conferences) together with the partner to attract new end-user opportunities.
You will be based on our headquarter in Lund and international travelling will be required. Approximately 70-100 days per year.
Qualifications
You preferable have a university education and at least five years ' experience from industrial sales or the electronic industry. Experience of power and electricity distribution is highly credible. We value your experience of creating business with and developing partners and your international experience.
Since you will communicate strategies and business plans with the partners we expect you to have excellent communication skills and you need to be fluent in English. Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is meritorious.
As a person you are driven, business minded, open for new challenges, with a growth mindset. It is equally important that you are structured with ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
As Key Account Manager you will be part of and work closely with the sales organization, reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, Rickard Jacobson.
