We're looking for a Key Account Manager / Brand Manager to join our team in Stockholm for a parental leave cover.
In this dynamic role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to strengthen our brands across multiple European markets. You'll work closely with our teams in Mexico and Europe, coordinating sales, marketing, and distribution initiatives that reflect our brand's unique identity and values.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute commercial and brand strategies to expand our presence and profitability in Europe.
Identify and manage new business opportunities and key client relationships.
Lead marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
Support on- and off-premises activities (bars, restaurants, and retailers) to boost visibility and sell-out performance.
Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, brand management, or marketing - ideally within spirits, wine, or premium FMCG industries.
Proven experience managing brands across multiple European markets.
Strong understanding of international brand building and trade marketing.
Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; Odoo is a plus).
