International Coordination Manager
Arbetsuppgifter: .
Setting up an International Coordination structure locally where the International Coordination Manager will act as partner for LeasePlan International (LPI) and sister LP companies; . training all local staff wherever there is a requirement from a Global/International perspective and give updates about the IC program locally . initiating and supporting the local prospecting of both Global and International prospects; . supporting the local account management activities for both Global and International Clients; . prioritizing the different international requests within his or her country; . assisting in identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the relationship with existing Global and International customers; . managing and updating all tools available e.g. SalesForce.com, Country Manual. . managing the interface with direct country sales, account or other staff in order to provide for a direct and efficient communication line between LeasePlan International and LeasePlan local sales and/or account managers or other staff on a daily basis; . managing and surveying the daily provision of information or other Global/International customer related feedback (i.e. quotation generation, customer liaison feedback, general market information, new product offerings, tax regulation changes, organization charts, response to tenders, etc.) on time, in the requested format and inclusive of the required qualitative elements; . developing and implementing the necessary local processes to increase efficiency and consistency in responses from the relevant country. . stimulating pro-activeness in co-operation with other departments in areas such as providing recommendations for lowering costs of running the fleet and/or increasing driver satisfaction with their vehicle benefits, car policy improvements, trend market analysis, etc. . meeting the other International Coordination Managers at least annually to review the overall working relationship, build relationships and facilitate LeasePlan contacts. . actively search for best practice . promoting International business locally with sales material and other business presentations . Be an active part of the Nordic LeasePlan business community Send Q Reports correct and in time to International Coordination . Will have Q uppdates for LeasePlan Sweden regarding: . Updates market and trends . Actual vs AP . News and updates IC/LPI conferences
Publiceringsdatum2015-06-01KvalifikationerThe individual selected for this position must have a sound understanding of the (international) vehicle management market. This individual needs to have minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, or parallel industry, and preferably have already worked with the LeasePlan Group. Experience in account planning, team communications, project management and local know-how regarding LeasePlan will enhance this individual's effectiveness. In addition, the individual selected will be expected to be creative, tenacious, a problem solver and thus capable of handling major accounts' requirements in a professional, timely and cost effective manner. Because of the fundamental importance of communications to the success of this position, the individual's ability to write and speak effectively in English is a necessity. Equally vital is a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage work teams of people not necessarily direct reports.
