We need a committed professional to team up with our ?Key Account Manager ? International Accounts? and to coordinate our largest customers needs regarding technical/production/educational or strategical support.
In this position you and the International KAM will work with maintaining and developing our largest customers ? often large international business groups or subsidaries thereof. These customers have a high potential for us and will mean a lot for Apsis future international expansion.
Since we have most of our operational activities based at our HQ in Malmö we would like you to be based there ? having access to all internal stakeholders ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role deskription:
• Team up with our International KAM to ensure an outstanding customer exerience.
• Support our largest customers to maintain their daily operations regarding email marketing/digital marketing.
• Coordinate customer production and professional services projects.
• Build a strong internal network and work in close co-operation with our first class support/production teams and our local sales teams.
• Work towards developing the Sphare of influence within each customer portfolio.
• Independently identify upsell possibilities to existing customers and proactively search new opportunities within their organization (new units, new subsidiaries etc).
Skills, experiences and mindset:
• At least 3 yrs of experinece from co-ordination support to international business groups (multinational brands).
• Well developed language skills in English, preferable with a second language, both verbal and written.
• Strong business orientation and ability to identify upsales or other opportunities within your customer accounts.
• Ability to setup and manage project plans within complex commercial/marketing and technical customer cases.
• Experience from the software industry like SaaS, E-commerce, CMS, CRM, Digital Marketing etcetera.
• A technical interest and understanding is needed in this position specifically about HTML, SQL, API, Webb Services, CRM, CMS.
• Apart from the above we also need you to be a holistic thinker, brave enough to challenge the customer. Analytical, self starter, great at setting priorities and finding solutions. Proactive, positive and passionate about your professional engagement will also contribute to your success.
