About Jurek
Jurek Recruitment & Staffing is a Swedish Recruitment company that was established in the UK during 2019. In Sweden we have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo and we are rapidly growing. We are specialized in recruitment and consultant services in the areas Finance, Law, HR, Marketing and Management. London is a strategic and exciting new market for Jurek, and to be able to take the next step we are now looking for a talented and business-oriented Account Manager based in London.
Your new role
As Account Manager you will work closely with the Head of Recruitment UK, being responsible for sales and business development within the financial area in London. Since Jurek is new on the London market the main focus will be to establish contact with potential clients and communicate Jurek 's brand to different stake holders. Except for ordinary client meetings this will also include attending different events and other relevant marketing activities.
Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to negotiate terms and conditions with new clients and to maintain and develop current client relationships. You will be working in our CRM-system and compile different kinds of sales- and marketing reports on a regular basis.
Since the role is new, you will have a great opportunity to influence the development and design of the role.
What you 'll need to succeed
To be a good fit for this great opportunity we think that you are an outgoing person with good social skills. You have a relevant network within the financial area and proven Sales/Account Management experience. You have probably worked in a similar role before, preferably within recruitment and/or finance. It 's important that you are flexible and committed to working in a start-up environment since the responsibilities will be broad and varied.
Furthermore, you need to have strong communication skills and be key in building strong and rewarding relationships with clients. This also includes the ability to work independently and as part of the team as well as being pro-active and hard working.
