We call it Tax Technology.Our Tax department has a transformation office with main responsibility to work with digital transformation and our team consists of 8 team players where this role is placed. As a Junior Project Manager your main responsibility will be to manage minor development projects and initiatives. You will also act as speaking partner with our IT-department and their Business Relationship Manager to ensure that IT-projects continue as planned. Our aim is to become more efficient and create space for innovation and development.As a Junior Project Manager within PwC, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers and possibility seekers with extensive consulting experience, helping our team solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. You work effectively with multiple key stakeholders such as internal customers, team members and IT-department, to achieve team- and organizational objectives. In this role you will:Manage minor development projects and initiatives Act as speaking partner between the IT-department, Business Relationship Manager and Transformation officeResponsible for and ensuring that the projects are compliant with the defined internal business processesCompile status reports to stakeholdersPreferred skillsWe are looking for you who have a bachelor's degree or Master's degree within the field of IT or another relevant education. It is preferred that you have experience working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role we want you to have approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience leading and running projects. If you have experience from working in a consulting organization it would be an advantage. We attach great importance to your personal qualities. To be the right candidate you need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
