hela Sverige Would you like to maintain and expand our CareTrack Services? CareTrack is the core Volvo CE Telematics platform; it is well established in the market and in the Volvo CE organization. But the CareTrack Services only stay available through dedicated team work.
We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join our team to ensure that CareTrack becomes available on Volvo CE's new machines and in selected new markets. The Junior Product Specialist is also driving enhancement initiatives and cost reductions for the existing CareTrack services.
As Junior Product Specialist you work together with the Product Manager and other Product Specialists to define business requirements into new machine projects, to startup new change requests and projects on the CareTrack platform, and perform the end-to-end business acceptance testing in the projects. Furthermore you actively work together with our internal teams to keep the platform up and running.
You are a member of the Telematic Services team. The position is based either in Eskilstuna, Sweden or Brussels, Belgium.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities
• Actively participate in the work needed to maintain CareTrack, including communication with other teams, work with documentation etc
• Collaboration with the Product Manager and other Product Specialists to define business requirements for change requests and product developments, and prioritize the resulting developments and enhancements
• Secure that product change(s) are listed, documented, communicated and evaluated
• Participate in development and implementation projects, secure that all necessary business requirements are included, support test setups.
• Performing the end-to-end business acceptance testing for product changes, market extensions and new product platforms
• Learn to understand the information available in CareTrack and how it is used
• Drive to create/improve processes where needed
• Collaborate with Global Competence Development team for product training activities towards the regions and dealers/customers when relevant.
• Track and identify product defects and issues with Product Support team take action(s) to solve issues

Required Knowledge & Experience
• Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Degree in Engineering, IT or equal by experience
• Fluent English (spoken/written) required
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Experience with innovative hi-tech products in the heavy equipment industry, IT, telematics or aftermarket area is a plus
• Experience to work in geographically diverse cross-functional teams is a plus
