Do you have a big passion for dresses, product development and for the youth costumer? Then we have a new and exciting opening as a Jr Product Developer at Divided!
We are looking for a Junior Product Developer to Divided where you will be part of a fast pace environment and work with youthful and edgy products that welcome everyone. Our customers are fashion-conscious young women between the age of 15 to 21 that flock to Divided for clothing that expresses the most current in fashion. All products are to be in line with the division's trends and keys to build a strong assortment that will be sold in all our sales countries - all over the world.
Job Description
As a Jr Product Developer, you will focus on the dress category and work with a wide range of products and materials, such as woven, knit and jersey etc. You will organize and execute the product development method and process with support from your Product Developer. As part of the product team, you will work close together Product Manager, Designers, Planners and Pattern Makers. You also drive work towards our production team in an efficient and sustainable way and have close contact with Material team and Supply Chain team. With a clear and efficient component and product development you contribute to meaningful growth and profitability in the department. Your work will enable our customer to look and feel at their best!
Qualifications
To succeed as a Jr Product Developer, we believe that you love to work as part of the team to develop the best product and best assortment for the customer. You always see possibilities, improvements and simple solutions. You thrive when working in a fast-paced environment and take on a lot of responsibility. Finally, you have a big passion for fashion and are constantly up to date with the latest trends and what happens in the global fashion community.
Degree within textile, buying, retail business
Minimum 1 year work experience from developing commercial and profitable retail products
Fashion Product/Component knowledge
A true passion for the Divided customer
Flexible mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, short and long term goals
Strong organizing and prioritizing skills
A true team player and great communicator
Result-oriented and strong business growth mindset

Additional Information
This is a 1 year temporary position at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
