About the assignment
The customer is a market leader within digital search and digital marketing. You will join the Swedish team which is based in downtown Stockholm.
The team you would be joining is working with an artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant developed by the company that is primarily available on mobile and smart home devices and can engage in two-way conversations. The team work to teach the assistant natural language so that it both understands and can respond to queries.
You would join the team as an Associate Linguist and would be working with i.e. developing, maintaining and improving Natural Language Processing (NLP) system quality, training and/or evaluating NLP or dialogue systems, identifying and proposing solutions. You would be also creating, reviewing, annotating NLP linguistic data and contributing to various other NLP tasks assigned to the team.
The assignment starts as soon as possible and will continue at least until 31.10.2019. It is a full-time position and the customer apply a standard of 37,5 working hours per week.
We are looking for the following skills:
• Bachelor level education on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Linguistics, Computational Linguistics or related disciplines or equal work experience
• Native level Swedish language skills, both written and spoken
• Good technical skills, preferably with capability to do basic level scripting
• Capability and willingness to adapt & learn new things quickly
