The Analytics division is responsible for controlling fraud and credit risk, minimizing data costs, and maximizing approval rate and revenues. Klarna strives to have customers shop anywhere, anytime with minimal hassle, which requires a sound understanding of each individual customer - this is where you come in.

Within the Analytics Department, the Fraud Detection team's job is to analyze, review and detect fraudulent behavior and make sure that we stop fraud at the door. As a Junior Decision Agent, you will specialize in using our methodology and tools to detect payments fraud and credit abusive behaviors. You will work individually and with the team to identify patterns in the user behavior.
