Job description
We can offer you an interesting assignment within the Telecom Industry. You will be hired as a junior consultant in Experis Engineering. The company that you will help works with a payment and messaging service sold worldwide and is a leading provider in a growing sector. The customers are service and content providers, social networks, communities and media companies as well as verticals such as banks, vending, operators and public transport companies. The position is for a Customer Solution Manager (CSM) in the sales team for the Nordic and Baltic (NOBA) region. You will be part of a team of ten persons; eight account managers and two CSM's. You will report directly to the Sales Director.

The main objectives of the CSM are
• to be the technical expert in the NOBA offering proactive sales support
• Ensure technical competence in the sales force and supporting with deeper competence as required in customer interactions
• Supporting selected strategic customers in setting up their service and interfacing our platform
• Local product management
• Driving the understanding, acceptance and implementation of customer and market requirements to secure the company's future position
• Advanced service management
• Supporting the service management organization with detailed knowledge and competence about the specific integrations in the NOBA countries when required

To be able to deliver on these objectives we think you are a person that really enjoys technology and problem solving, can articulate technological matters for non-technical people and feels comfortable in customer facing situations. It is a technical role that requires you to deep-dive into the company's technology, and you will have the opportunity to interface and build relation with customers, partners and mobile operators. You will be working together with the current CSM and you can expect your role and responsibilities to evolve over time depending on your current profile.

Your daily tasks will vary and includes:
• Provide technical sales support to the local sales force when needed
• Drive technical education of the sales force
• Support strategic customers in interfacing to our platform
• Analyzing the performance of our service, understanding implications on the customers services and implement
changes and improvements if necessary
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and other complicated faults in our mobile operator integrations when service
management organization needs help
• Support the launch of new services or changes in existing services in cooperation with our partners and mobile
operators
• Gathering, analyzing, prioritizing and driving requirements on new and updated services and offerings
• Keep local customer documentation updated
• Ensure that the company offers a service that match the market needs
• Manage the technical relationship with strategic customers and mobile operators
You are expected to travel from time to time within the NOBA region.

Qualifications
You have a formal education BSc. or other academic degree in Computer Science or Engineering. You have broad technical knowledge in relevant areas for the role. You have previously experience technical support and sales support. You have good understanding about web and internet technologies (networking, application architecture etc.) and telecom knowledge (charging systems, messaging, premium SMS etc.).

You are a person with a passion for technology and problem solving. You have the ability to work independently and in teams. You have a strong drive when it comes to initiating and completing tasks. You easily understand how technology fits the "big picture" and business model. You are good at multitasking and have no problem with managing many activities in Parallel. You can easily make yourself understood and consider yourself being pedagogical. Your English is good both written and oral.
