Mister Auto is looking for a Junior Business Analyst for their Nordic operations.
Established in 2007, MISTER AUTO is one of the top online auto parts and accessories distributors in Europe with more than 100 employees. We look after the needs of over 1.5 million customers, across 21 countries. Each month, we dispatch more than 100.000 orders from our several strategically placed warehouses in Europe.
As we are growing on the Nordic market, we're now looking for a Junior Business Analyst to strengthen our Nordic team. We're searching for a candidate with a relevant academic degree, preferably within economics. Maybe you have previous experience from a co-ordination role where you have been leading projects. You're motivated by taking responsibility for your tasks and delivering on time, always with focus on objectives and results. You're a fast learner and you're not afraid of a challenge. Obviously you love crunching numbers and analysing data.
You're interested in both marketing and finance and want to work with business development in a role that requires analytical skills and an understanding for processes and projects.
Purpose/strategic direction for the position:
As Junior Business Analyst you will have an operational role where you participate in different types of projects related to Mister Auto operations on the Nordic market. You conduct studies and analysis of pricing, competition, products and stockkeeping. As this is a new position you will have a great opportunity to create and influence your role in the Nordic organisation.
This position is based in Malmö and reports directly to the Nordic Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide management with detailed reports and analyses on Mister Auto performance in the Nordics.
• Follow up on operational KPIs.
• Support in business controlling and analysis of the brand portfolio, e.g. pricing, margin and cost analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools within area of responsibility.
• Provide local support to central teams in Lyon.
Key Capabilities:
Technical:
• Analytical skills
• Very good Excel knowledge required
• Fluent in Swedish and English (verbal and written).
• Good knowledge of Finnish and/or another Nordic language is a big advantage.
Behavioural:
• Structured, able to manage several projects/deadlines at the same time
• Interested in managing big amounts of data and numbers
• Paying attention to details.
• Looking for continuous improvements, in analyses as well as processes/ways of working.
• Demonstrating good communication skills, including the ability to interact with other departments (marketing, operations etc.) cross border.
• Team work oriented and capable to work in an international/cross-cultural environment.
• Independent and highly motivated to work in a small local team.
• Flexible and non-prestigious.
Qualifications/profile:
• University degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Previous experience from working with similar tasks will be considered an advantage.
