Arbetsuppgifter
The Regional Liaison Specialist will act as an ambassador for the ITS (IT Support) organization in Europe, Middle East and Asia. The Regional Liaison Specialist will work with all kinds of questions regarding ITS responsibilities in a specific region. The role is a good mix of technical ability and managerial skills.
As Regional Liaison Specialist your primary task is to coordinate all ITS activities in a specific region. This means you must have the drive to act as the spokesperson for the Lawson ITS organisation. You will work closely with the business and understand local business requirements.
The Regional Liaison Specialist acts as the local resource for on-going projects and activities and you manage local technical infrastructure in the specific region.
Furthermore you will work with helpdesk ticket resolution by acting 3rd line 'hands on' resource for all technologies within Lawson.

Erfarenhet
We are looking for a person with the following experience and knowledge:
• relevant IT-education
• experience from large international enterprises
• Service Center experience
• experience from technical support/helpdesk
• proven documentation and communication skills
• strong performance and troubleshooting skills is important.
