Are you fluent in both English and Italian in addition to earlier experience from customer service? Would you also describe yourself as well-structured, service oriented and especially accurate in work tasks? Perfect! Then we'll probably have just the job for you! Proffice are now on the look for an Italian speaking customer service agent for one of the highest ranked packing companies in the world.
By telephone, and e-mail, you'll be responding to incoming orders, queries and inquiries from customers and market companies. As a customer service agent you're their main point of contact and for your support there's a network of colleagues and external partners. Other tasks, in additions to the above, are to execute order administration tasks in SAP (and other internal systems), manage follow-ups on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements, assure that transport to each customer is done in time and at the lowest cost.
In order to be qualified you need to have previous experience in customer service, excellent Italian and fluent English (both spoken and written) as well as a high school diploma. We look upon it as an advantage if you've previously worked in SAP. As a person you're highly service oriented, well-structured and accurate. You thrive in international environments, work equally successfully independently as in teams and possess magnificent communication skills.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, excellent Italian and fluent English (both spoken and written) as well as a high school diploma is musts. We look upon it as an advantage if you've previously worked in SAP.
