To enable this, we have recently launched a new product-focused organization and we now need an IT Team Manager for one of our developing teams. Get an idea of the role
As Team Manager at Resurs, you will be part of our product organization as well as work closely with stakeholders representing other parts of the bank to ensure that we add as much business value as possible in the areas of Partner Experience.
This will give you the opportunity to work in a truly entrepreneurial company with the objective to transform us into a more competitive bank by offering our partners and customers better products and services.
You will work with competent and engaged colleagues and report directly to the Stream Director for Value Stream.
The main focus of the role will be to;
• Manage a team of IT-specialists (System Developers, Architects, Test, both employees and consultants) to be able to deliver according to the requirements within the area
• Ensure that the team operates in an efficient way when developing and operating the products
• Responsible for the life cycle management of the products
• Responsible for the budget of the team
Apply leadership by coaching and mentoring team members to achieve the highest possible motivation and engagement
On a personal level
We believe that you have a relevant educational background and experience in managing staff/competence development. In addition, the following characteristics are required.
• Strong emphasis on leadership and competence development.
• Knowledge and tangible experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
Further, you are highly flexible and have a strong collaborative mindset.
Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in Helsingborg and Malmö. Working remotely is normal for us, but we prefer that you're close to Helsingborg as you need to be on-site physically as well.
