About the role
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on second and third-level support for Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. You will also occasionally handle first-level support cases. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functionality of our technical systems, implement key IT projects, and act as a liaison with IT teams and key users at our global locations. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, advantageous if you also can communicate in German as we also have factories in Germany.
Responsibilities
Providing second and third-level support for Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues related to the mentioned systems.
Ensuring timely response to support tickets.
Coordinating and communicating with IT teams at global locations as well as key users.
Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance IT skills.
Collaborating closely with external service providers and vendors to optimize system performance.
International travel during the onboarding phase and occasional travel for projects, training, or issue resolution.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated professional experience in second and third-level support for Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of the mentioned technologies, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Good understanding of IT security and data protection.
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with international teams and key users.
• Willingness to travel worldwide during the onboarding phase and occasional travel thereafter.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and team orientation.
