About the job and Responsibilities
Are you a dynamic IT professional who enjoys navigating IT landscapes and making lives easier for both customers and colleagues? Join our IT team as an IT Solution Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital ecosystem!
In this role, you'll support and improve business processes by maintaining the technical facets of our platform, spearheading necessary changes, troubleshooting issues, and documenting solutions for a streamlined IT architecture and system maintenance practice. Your work will involve integrations across our entire IT landscape, gaining insights into diverse touchpoints such as E-commerce, POS, B2B portals, and more.
Key responsibilities include
Manage and prioritize incoming IT requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
Assess and determine the complexity of change requests, making informed decisions on required changes.
Navigate various parts of the IT landscape, from infrastructure to business applications and IT architecture.
Collaborate closely with vendors and ERP specialists, Integration specialists, and Testing/Business Application specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Engage with business representatives to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead smaller projects within the team and business, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Work closely with the team to discuss improvements, prioritization, and focus areas.
Qualifications, experiences, and skills: A good candidate has experience working with different platforms and integration patterns and has been part of different parts of the software product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
Skills & requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent within computer science or systems engineering.
Proven experience in navigating a broad IT landscape, including infrastructure, business applications, and IT architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and determine the complexity of IT requests.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with business representatives and understand their needs.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment with ERP, Integration, and Testing/Business Application specialists.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience in leading smaller projects and driving them to successful completion.
Furthermore, it is desirable if you have:
Understanding of retail business processes.
Understanding of different applications and their purposes (ERP, CRM, POS, etc.).

Experience with the following systems would be beneficial
Infor M3,Salesforce Commerce Cloud,Salesforce Order Management System,inRiver PIM,Colect B2B,Jira,M365,Lobster_data
