'Digital Delivery' is a new function within Group Digital & IT. It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with TD/BAs and Group Functions as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products and to secure agile ways of working across the whole Digital Delivery function.
Together with our digital talents, we will work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. Included in our mission is to drive an efficient Group Digital & IT interface and Portfolio Management for the TD/BAs and Group Functions.

This is how you could make an impact
As the "IT Solution Leader for Volvo group Public Web you will be directly involved in the Marketing Technology evolvement. You will be responsible for the technical footprint of our solutions and drive quality, performance and documentation to meet Volvo standards.
Our current solution is mainly based on Adobe products, but there are also other technologies involved. In this position there is a need to understand and take responsibility for the end-to-end perspective.

In your daily work, you will team up with business analysts, architects, suppliers, developers and our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide input to Sub-Portfolio roadmap.
Propose modernization of both technology stack and ways of working.
Continually seek improvement opportunities.
Responsible for adequate management & administration of all software involved in the solutions.
Manage the IT Solution delivery plan (i.e. yearly maintenance plan and release plan) within the budget frame and in line with the level of business criticality.
Responsible for that the IT solution lifecycle is properly executed, until decommissioning.
Responsible for execution of decided requests for the solution.
Propose prioritization of changes in the IT solution in collaboration with Business.
Define and decide which business functionality, or information integrity tests to be part of a user acceptance test.
Provide estimates on change needs.
Define on behalf of BSPM the authorization rules for application access, and manage application access.
Accountable for that training needs are identified and training plan is secured for the IT solution including complete training material.
Responsible to secure that Volvo Internal Control Standard for IT requirements is adhered to.
Interact with development organizations and suppliers, to achieve all above.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to understand the technology area of Public Web presence and the challenges seen in this evolving area. As a foundation you have a relevant University degree and at least 5 years of delivery experience and 3 years of experience of agile/scrum deliveries.
You have a passion for building and motivating high performing teams and you are a strong network builder, who manages stakeholders in a cross functional and multi-cultural environment with ease. You find energy in working in a changing environment, executing the Volvo Group transformation agenda.
Required skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams.
Ability to lead teams in change activities, introducing new ways of working, encourage, motivate, and foster good team collaboration.
You thrive in collaborative environments and naturally take the role of facilitator when needed.
You are a strategic thinker; you understand the business goals and how technology can be applied to reach them.
Experience in application maintenance, support, and development in international assignments.
Experience in working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Confluence, Jira as tools).
Good technical experience from working web technology.
