hela Sverige Are you a senior leader who wants to lead people within an expansive business area that deliver IT-solutions to H&M Stores worldwide?
In this role you will be overall responsible for an area with people in senior roles like System Responsible and Project Managers. You will handle both the maintenance and projects within the area. You will be a part of the management team at Store Tools and take part of the development of the area which is in an expansion phase. You will act as a leader for your delivery area and you will have close cooperation with the group manager who is responsible for all personnel.
The organizational unit Store Tools is responsible for all IT services and equipment delivered to our stores excluding POS and payment, for H&M and all our brands worldwide. The main service areas are Inspirational media, Store collaboration, Consumer behavior, Loss prevention and Mobile Device. Our solutions are used by customers and store staff globally every minute and every day. The projects are innovative and fun.
As an ISR you will have contact with business representatives, our country organizations, external suppliers and other parts of IT. Therefore it is important that you have good communicational skills, are business minded, have good technical knowledge and good project management skills. It is a merit if you have experience from program management. All new solutions are delivered from suppliers as services, therefore it is important that have good insight into Service Management and supplier relations. It is also a plus if you have an interest in what is happening in the market concerning new IT solutions
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M IT Service Responsible (ISR) comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Be the main responsible for managing the service area, both maintenance and projects
• Responsibility for planning and making sure all parties (internal and external) understand their delivery and responsibility
• Responsibility for budget and management of resources
• Coaching the resources within the area
• Negotiation and supplier management
• Participate in steering groups for the area
• Work with constant improvements, develop processes and follow guidelines for architecture and IT strategies.
• Set clear goals, way of working and strategies for the area
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 7 years of experience within leadership
• Experience of working with suppliers
• Experience from negotiation and procurement
• Experience of system maintenance and project management
• Experience of ITIL and service management
• Great theoretical and practical knowledge in PPS
• Good IT knowledge and interest in new IT solutions
• Experience of working in a global environment
• Great communicational skills in Swedish and English, written and verbal
It is a plus if you have experience within retail.
