TASKS:
Initiation, conception and follow-up of national and international IT projects for our renowned clientsManagement of teams of technicians, team leaders, service desk managers, administration personnelSupervision and control of the processes and the level of contractually guaranteed services (SLA, KPIs, ...)Recognition and implementation of optimization potentialCalculations and reports for respective projectsSupport during project implementationResources and costs monitoring
Acting as the main point of contact for all customer interactions
Skills:
Engineer and/or Business background and at least three years of experience in project management.very good English language skills both spoken and written.Candidate is able to convince others with your professional skills, especially in terms of communication and organization, and through your great concern for clients and quality of service. Candidate is flexible, can support an important workload and are open towards new organizational techniques.Candidate enjoys working in a team and keeping contact with the staff as well as the clients.
