We are looking for a new colleague to join our clients local IT Site Support team. You will be located in Uppsala and report to the regional IT manager based in Sweden.
How will you make an impact?
By providing a customer narrow support for our clients business with a social involvement and good team spirit you will improve the IT engagement for the business growth.
What will you do?
Your main tasks will be local desk side support (phone support, physical support at site, user administration) but your role also includes remote support within the Nordic area of EMEA. In this role you have the possibility to solve all kinds of tasks in a multicultural environment and work together with global teams within the organization.
Responsibilities
Deskside support (phone support, support at site, user administration)
• User on-boarding / off-boarding according to routines
• Computer administration according to routines
• System administration (IDD Uppsala), user management and access handling according to routines.
• Restore user data according to current routines
Qualifications
Very good communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently
Good ability to explain solutions in a simple way to end users, our customers
Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
Experience
3-5 år
