IT-Services is where new requests enter into IT Operations. This is the starting point to have a new system procured and deployed or adding a new test or staging environment. IT Services is working with all Klarnas products and system throughout their life cycle. Every change in Klarnas system infrastructure involving more than one department or connetected systems and/or products need planning and coordinaion efforts that IT Services provide. IT-Services is about serving the entire Klarna organization with all changes around the System Life Cycle.

You will work with the coordination, development and management of our IT systems and IT Products. The work is being carried out in close cooperation with the business. You must be able to work independently and take initiative as well as being able to work in projects where your role may vary from project managers and project participants. You must have academic training and several years experience in the IT field, specializing in business development with the help of IT and project or possess equivalent knowledge. Experience from requirements management, test management, etc. is a plus. You need to have the ability to quickly put you into the relationship between different systems and work can sometimes mean that you need to understand a certain level of technology and components in order to solve the task.

As a person you are active, committed and has the ability to make things happen. You find it easy to communicate in both spoken and written English. You have good interpersonal skills and appreciate having many contacts, both internal and external. Meanwhile, you have high integrity, good sense of order and like to plan and organize. You have to appreciate the varied tasks in the IT field, a high work rate and able to remain calm in stressful situations.

Required Qualifications
• Senior person with experience of research and procurement tasks
• Understanding of the process to translate business needs into requirements
• Long experience in handling procurement of technical systems
• Understanding the process of deploy of a new system or handling major changes
• Project management skills
• Experience of writing reports and doing research

Preferrable Qualifications
• Experience of setting up contracts/agreements
• Experience of counselling persons in management roles in procurement process using a business view on the requirements
• Experience of handling research on development, change and decommisioning of IT systems.
