We are looking for:
IT Business Analysts with a passion for business, innovation and IT, with focus on business driven new development and enhancements of IT solutions.
Position
You will work in a project or delivery team, where global complexity and business innovation are part of your daily work. You will have a home base in the IT Consulting organization together with colleagues working in the same field as you, where you share knowledge and experiences. .
Together we will plan for your professional development, focusing on continuous competence development and career opportunities within Volvo Group IT.
Key Responsibilities
As IT Business Analyst you will be involved different activities aiming to deliver business value in the form of implemented IT solutions, for example:
• Responsible for securing that the requirements can be efficiently interpreted by both Business and IT, and used by application development team
• Support prioritization of scope based on end user needs and business value
• Handle customer contact to conduct requirements elicitation
• Perform end user studies and end user evaluation to secure that important user needs are met with the prototype or working solution
• Propose changes that make the software product more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost
• Continuously work to improve existing ways of working
• Facilitate workshops locally or globally

Overall Requirements
• University degree in Computer Science or similar
• Strong communication skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• A good team player
• Self-driven
• Learning on the fly
• Experience from automotive industry is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are given merit)
• Valid work-permit for Sweden if not a citizen, please include this information when applying
Additional Competence
We are looking for a person with strong skills in one or more of the below areas
• User experience/User interface
• Experience from IoT projects
• Big data analysis
• Implementation of production critical IT solutions
