We are looking for an efficient IT Administrator to join Hannes Snellman. The position is based in Stockholm, and you will report to the IT Manager in Finland.
About the position
As IT Administrator you will be the only IT representative in Stockholm and the first point of contact for IT. You will support the IT environment at the office and a big part of the day-to-day tasks are troubleshooting. The role includes responsibility for the first line technical support of all sorts of IT related issues. This involves questions regarding the network, clients, hardware, software, workstations, mobile devices, and IT, telephone and videoconference systems. You will also handle the external IT providers and proactively plan, structure and document the IT support matters in Stockholm.
You will work in close cooperation with the IT team that is located in Finland.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience from a similar role, for example within IT support or a helpdesk function, and with a strong desire to learn new technologies. We would like you to have an engineering degree or equivalent. You have a solid general knowledge of IT and good troubleshooting skills.
As a person you are communicative and able to cooperate well with others in a dynamic environment. You handle stress well and have a good ability to structure and organise your work. You have a strong interest in IT and technology and thrive to proactively solve IT tasks in a service oriented way. You are fluent in Swedish and English, written as well as spoken.
