Position: Internship Talent & Development
Location: Gothenburg
Job type/duration: Full time/10-20 weeks Autumn 2024
Team: You will join the People Excellence team and report to the Manager, Global Talent & Development

This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the people field, and make a meaningful contribution to our team. As an intern with Mölnlycke, you will support the full Talent & Development team with focus on some key critical projects, such as:
Coordination of all the administrative steps to activate our talent programs
Enhancement of our knowledge articles content around talent & development to ensure standard and structured approach to showcase our policies and processes
Support the different DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion) initiatives
Active contribution to our Global employer branding strategy including support to local events in the universities of Gothenburg
Support Talent Acquisition projects, including the revision of the content of our messages to candidates during the different phases or our recruitment processes as well as developing hiring manager training pills
Support the development of our learning culture
Knowledge and experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or similar fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English

Self-motivated, proactive in suggesting ideas and improvements
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate
Ambition and a can-do attitude
