Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.

Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

The department Sales and Order Tools is responsible for the commercial sales and order applications. The applications support prospecting/contacts, sales and order of new and used vehicles together with the related services, e.g. Repair & Maintenance contracts, driver services and financing.

With the introduction of the New Truck Generation, NTG, a new sales process is also introduced supported by our sales tools Scania CRM and Sales Portal. Within this area, we are expanding our team with another two Implementation and Business Support Managers to further strengthen our capabilities.

Your Tasks
Your main tasks will be to implement the quotation tool Sales Portal to our users globally on distributor and dealer level and to support the markets already in operation.

This includes hands on implementation activities as well as leading/coordinating other implementation resources in the areas of planning and execution of the projects, analyzing markets requirements, configuration of the applications and training. Furthermore, for a number of markets in operation, you will support them in resolving cases in the current setup, along with implementation of the new features we are developing.

The initial focus will be on Sales Portal. However, Scania CRM will come into your area of responsibility later on, as these two applications are further developed to be an integrated solution for our Scania sales persons.

Your Profile
We believe that you have a degree in either Science, Business Administration or IT from a university or corresponding work experience. Background from the automotive and IT industry is required along with project and/or line management competence.

To succeed in the role, you need good leadership and social skills together with a strong customer focus. You are motivated, able to take own initiatives as well as being a team player. You are structured, able to work at a high pace when necessary and willing to travel. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is required.

We are now in an intense development and implementation phase, so there will be challenges along the road, but also a great deal of fun together with our competent team.
