Cyber Security
Working in the KPMG Cyber Security Group, you will be part of a global organization working within various industries and areas, together with competent and inspiring colleagues. As Cyber Security Professionals, we enable our clients in their digital transformation journeys by identifying and remediate their cyber related risks. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with top executives, and we always seek digital, innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients' cyber challenges.
Your role
You will be part of our growing Cyber Security team which consists of a tight knit group of specialists collaborating and sharing experiences daily. At KPMG, you will play a role in our global team of experts providing Identity and access management (IAM) services. We will support you in your journey and ensure that you find a fast-paced environment filled with brilliant colleagues. KPMG is consistently awarded top ranks within the cyber security field via external firms, this is something we are very proud of and keen to maintain. The Cyber Security team of 30 colleagues is part of Management Consulting, a social and familiar group of about 160 colleagues with broad competence and expertise within advisory services across multiple sectors.

A great share of our projects and engagements are executed across country borders together with other divisions of KPMG.

We are currently looking for talented and high performing candidates who have:

Experience working within the identity- and access management domain
-
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, data engineering or other relevant fields
-
Two years of IAM experience working with access rights management or IAM product implementation in mid- or large cap organizations
-
Experience working with vendors or products such as:
- AWS IAM, Microsoft Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM, AD or Microsoft Identity Manager
- Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Saviynt, CyberArk or Ping Identit
-
Experience in any of the areas below:
-
Design and implementation of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions
-
Design and implementation of Zero Trust Architecture principles
-
Design and implementation of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) solutions
-
Developing and implementing IAM strategies, policies, and procedures
-
Project- or program management experience
-
Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with technicians as well as executives

Multilingual proficiency (fluency in English is mandatory)

A knack for problem solving and an analytical mindset

A team player spirit with a genuine interest in helping colleagues and customers alike to grow and develop

Relevant certifications within cyber security, like Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CEH, OSCP, CCSP.
Further, we value international experience, previous work experience as well as other engagements and achievements showing a strong drive, high ambition and passion for Identity and access management and Cyber Security. We would also appreciate any individual certifications within IAM or Cyber Security domains.
