hela Sverige As ICT Consultant Strategy Development & Planning you will report to the Head of Strategy Development & Planning within the DT&IT Strategy, Portfolio & Architecture unit. The DT&IT SP&A Strategy Development & Planning unit is responsible for overall DT&IT Strategy development and planning, Risk Management, Process Management and associated internal Analytics.
As ICT Consultant Strategy Development & Planning you will develop, plan and communicate the strategy, follow up execution, identify and manage top risks and mitigate hinders to strategy execution. This will be done in close cooperation with stakeholders and management within and outside DT&IT, including internal and external research parties.

Core Competences
MSc/BSc in Technology and/or Business Administration is preferred
Great team player to support the major transformation the DT&IT and SP&A organization will be responsible for, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication capabilities
Proven leadership experience and ability to have a 3-5 years strategic thinking
Good understanding of the Digital Transformation changing the internal and external environment, with strong knowledge of the Ericsson organization
Ability to act proactively, being a change leader, with results orientation
Experience in strategy development, planning and execution is preferred, especially IT related
Consultative, fact-based and iterative work style
