Sevenday Finans are looking for an experienced HR professional that will be responsible for the continued development of their HR function, focusing on both strategic and operative tasks.
Job description
• Execution of personnel administration, ensuring accurate and cost-efficient processing of payroll and other HR related HR administration.
• Ensure HR compliance with employment legislation and related developments in society.
• Support the HR Director & CEO by implementing the HR strategy, programs, policies and activities and thereby taking on a key role in supporting the achievement of the business objectives.
• Be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related topics and questions.
• Reporting of HR KPI's/ metrics & working with the yearly Budget cycle.
• Assisting and advising Managers on HR issues.
• Define yearly Training Plans and executing delivery together with external providers.
You will be part of an international setup working closely with colleagues in all Nordic and European countries. Leading the Swedish HR office, the role involves HR administration as well as the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and processes. Additionally, the role will be responsible for ensuring the sound execution of the compensation & benefits policy, making improvements where necessary and aligning it with Nordic guidelines. A strong candidate will demonstrate a high work capacity, be analytical and skilful in driving projects and processes across multiple departments, geographies and functions.
Exceptional communication skills are critical in this role, as they will be used daily to inform, inspire and deliver HR service throughout the organization. Ideal candidates will demonstrate sound problem solving skills, collaborate well internally and create solutions.
Qualifications
• You have a university degree, preferably in economics, HR or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in a relevant company or in a multinational environment in which you became acquainted with the different aspects of HR
• You have a profound knowledge of social & legal affairs
• You are willing to take-up all administrative activities within HR
• Fluent in Swedish & English, excellent in all MS Office applications and experience of Visma or similar
