Poolia is now looking for a consultant covering a maternity leave with profile as Human Resources Specialist. The client is based in city of Stockholm.
You will be working in a team of two people in Stockholm, two in Canada and one in Malta and whose goal is to further develop and strengthen the HR department and support the organization whose core business is digital entertainment towards online card games.
Publiceringsdatum2013-12-19Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be a business partner in all HR related matters by working closely to the people managers, to challenge and support them in various management situations, as well as develop and implement HR processes within the organisation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for compensation & benefits.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Your skills and experience
• A university degree, preferably within human resources or similar
• Minimum 4 years' experience from working with general HR matters, desirable from the IT or gaming industry
• Experience and interest in working with compensation & benefits
• Excellent skills in making staff reports in excel
• Experience in working closely to people managers with various experience; coach young and new leaders and develop experienced ones
• Experience from working with recruitment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish labour law
• Very good skills in English and Swedish, both in writing and verbally
Player profile
You have very good communication skills with the ability and credibility to build strong relationship and trust. You are used to working independently with flexible mind and you have no problems taking tough decisions. In addition, you have the ability to implement and complete what have been started. Last and not least - you love and have a lot of enthusiasm for HR.
Temporary employment; February until August 2014.
