Mölnlycke Health Care is now looking to recruit an HR Advisor to the Global HR Surgical department in Göteborg.
Publiceringsdatum2011-05-10Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an HR Advisor your overall responsibility is to provide coaching and feedback as well as support in general HR matters to managers and employees in the surgical organization. You're role is to ensure professional HR competence is given and carried out in line with MHC corporate policies and values.
You also take lead in the HR process area within Global HR Surgical in order to establish efficient working flow.
As an HR Advisor you will:
• Coach and provide training in HR-related processes for Surgical employees (focus managers)
• Provide training and support continuously in order to ensure all managers and leaders reach required competency level, according to Individual Development Plans.
• Manage defined projects in order to drive continuous improvements within the HR area.
• Develop, manage and conduct Corporate Induction programs for new employees in order for new employees to become familiar with the company and culture as quickly as possible.
• Support managers in internal and external recruitment processes and gate keep core behaviors and leadership in recruitment of key positions
• Guide managers in compensation and benefit issues in accordance with corporate practice and procedure.
• Develop effective working procedures within the area of HR in order to establish an efficient administration.
• Coordinate on behalf of Surgical the demands regarding global processes like performance management, headcount, HR scorecard and new hire order processes
• Coordinate with HR Corporate all pure HQ/Sweden specific processes on behalf of the Global Surgical HR team such as salary review, work environment, labour law issues, MBL etc.
• Participate, recommend and facilitate in the development of the surgical organization
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe you have a University Business Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations or equivalent. You need at least 2 years' HR working experience or equivalent, preferably in an international environment. To succeed in the role, you possess good insights in HR laws and legal. You are an experienced user of MS Office and you have good skills in SAP R/3 HR-module. English being the corporate language, you need to be fluent in English, both written and oral.
The preferred candidate should be performance driven with a high energy level, display high integrity and have strong customer focus & communication skills.
