And we are now happy to announce that we a hiring a Business Controller as a joint recruitment between HR Services and Volvo Group Finance.
This is a perfect position for you who enjoy bringing business value through financial analysis. Within this position you will get the opportunity to combine your analytical and excellent communication & presentations skills by adding the different parts to a whole.
As the Business Controller for HR Services you will have the business controlling responsibility for the HR Services globally. You will be a part of the HR Services management team and help us to secure efficient processes and routines connected to the business control area.

Main activities and responsibilities
HR Services is implementing a new financial model and you will have a key position in this process and continued development of the financial model. You will secure financial and operational follow-up of the HR Services with focus on efficiency, transparent structure and high quality.
You will support decision making in providing relevant and thorough financial analysis and insights. You will also drive improvement initiatives to secure common processes, standardization and harmonized ways of working. In addition, you will be the one taking the lead of the development of the HR Services financial model, driving budget, forecast and estimates and set up KPI structure. But most of all you will challenge the business to reach financial targets.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role you will possess the following experience, skills and qualifications:
• Hold a university degree and/or an MBA in finance
• At least 5 years of experience from Finance
• Current or previous experience of being in a functional manager position
• Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint
• Good knowledge in SAP
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Business oriented
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations
But most of all you are a team player who loves challenges.
