As a part of the DFDS Group's continued growth and development, we are looking to strengthen our Swedish HR-team with a HR-Specialist for DFDS Group in Sweden (DFDS Seaways AB, DFDS Logistics AB and Gothenburg Ro/Ro AB). The position is a temporary position of 12-15 months with a possibility to become permanent. You will be a part of our HR-team in Gothenburg and report to the HR-Manager for Sweden. You will be placed at our Älvsborg Terminal.
Your tasks will be:
• Advisory role for managers in e.g. personnel legal questions
• Handling the whole spectrum of HR operational tasks
• Recruitment
• Negotiating with unions
• Ensuring compliance with policies and contracts
• Support the HR-Manager in implementing Group HR-processes, strategy and concepts
What are we looking for?
• You have documented experience in cooperating and negotiating with Swedish unions
• You are an expert in Swedish Employment Law
• You take initiative, are not afraid to get your "hands dirty", are structured and a team player
• You have personal impact - also towards senior management
• You are efficient and run your tasks from cradle to grave
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with similar HR tasks
• You are fluent in English verbally as well as written
• You have excellent interpersonal competences, especially empathy
