Job Summary: We are now looking for a Human Resources Subject Matter Expert to design and deliver base pay management policies, guidelines, processes and tools across Ericsson so they support current and future business needs and are consistent with Ericsson's desired internal and external market position and support employee engagement.to actively recognize emerging trends, problems and business needs. Provide creative solutions and ensure consistency and globalization, manage global suppliers and provides experienced advice in your own area. Responsibilities· Work with business and HR leaders to design, implement and maintain Ericsson's base pay management philosophy, policies, processes and systems so they support the company objectives, current and future business needs and are consistent with Ericsson's desired internal and external market position and support employee engagement. Salary management includes setting salaries for new hires and promoted employees, managing salary increase in both planned and off-cycle salary situation· Lead the annual salary budget setting process taking input and guidance from external and internal stakeholders· Drive the annual salary review process across the organization working with Total Reward and HR colleagues to ensure the process is understood and used effectively by managers.· Lead the salary benchmarking processes across the organization· Analyze and evaluate external and internal market trends, analytics and data to help HR and business leaders use base pay management approaches that are aligned with business requirements and enable effective decisions· Work with HR IT, SAP and other stakeholders to ensure the HR Information System and connected modules are correctly set-up, simple to use and provide the right level of accuracy and transparency regarding pay data and analytics across the organization· Work with the Workforce Planning SME and other HR colleagues to ensure the job evaluation and salary benchmarking approaches are supportive of business requirements from a salary management perspective and provides consistency across the organization· Provide guidance and support to market and business focused total reward colleagues to ensure the job evaluation, salary benchmarking and base pay management policies, work instructions, processes and guidelines are implemented effectively for levels below leadership teams· Manage the relationship with salary data vendors and drive the participation in salary surveys across Ericsson· Support other HR and Total Reward colleagues to utilize salary data effectively· Ensure all job evaluation, base pay management and salary data queries are answered quickly and accurately· Develop and implement innovative training and communication approaches that are aligned with the Ericsson Total Reward communication approach Key Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, or related field.· 10-12 years' experience in Human Resources· Substantial business acumen· Global mindset and strong ability to engage, inspire and influence people in a matrix organization· Knowledge and understanding of market trends and confirmed practices· Effective team player· Strong ability to drive influence in a matrixed organization.· Strong interpersonal communication, and customer service skills· HR Processes and Disciplines Knowledge- Proficient in Microsoft Office Ericsson provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, parental status, national origin, ethnic background, age, disability, political opinion, social status, veteran status, union membership or genetics.Ericsson complies with applicable country, state and all local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location across the world in which the company has facilities.
