Metso HR Services provides harmonized non-business specific HR services to all Metso employees. We are currently looking for a HR Specialist, Learning & Development, located in Göteborg. Your main tasks are within training and development both on individual and team level. You will translate the line organization's training needs into activities, and act as the contact between the line organization and Metso HR Services. Other tasks are within the areas coaching, mentor programs and leadership development.
To be successful in this position you should have a B.Sc. degree in Human Resource Development or equivalent education. Furthermore you should have three to five years of work experience within the Human Resources area, preferably within learning and development. Experience of recruitment, supplier negotiations and customer relations are also considered as merits.
You are an independent and outgoing person with a strong drive as well as excellent collaboration and team skills. You express yourself fluently in Swedish as well as English, both spoken and in writing.
