About the Assignment
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support a client's recruitment function with end-to-end delivery and a strong service mindset. You will take an ownership role for assigned recruitments, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment practices.
Job DescriptionCoordinate and maintain oversight of recruitment activities for allocated roles
Drive full recruitment processes from job posting and selection through interviews and onboarding
Ensure high service standards across operational and administrative recruitment work
Support and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Implement and continuously improve ways of working, procedures, guidelines, and rules within your area of responsibility
RequirementsUniversity degree in HR or equivalent
Previous experience working as a recruiter
Excellent communication skills from work as an HR Recruiter and/or HR Generalist
Self-driven and proactive with a service-minded approach
Fluency in English and accustomed to using English in daily work
Expertise in HR, recruitment/resourcing, and mobility
Nice to havePrevious experience in an HR Generalist role
