For a customer in the automotive industry we are now looking for an IT project leader for a project that will start immediately and go on until 2015-06-30 with possibilities for extension.

Publiceringsdatum2014-08-26Dina arbetsuppgifterThe SCM Business Program Manager is responsible for the internal operational efficiency within the SCM Program.
Your main tasks will be:
• overall responsibility for the SCM Program road map
• support the development of program budget, business case and monitors progress
• initiate and prepare new program activities and projects
• ensure operational integration and program efficeny in HR and staffing of business resources and Program administration
• management and follow-up of business objective (project KPIs)
• business transformation
• facilitate risk management
• facilitating identification of program risks and their mitigation actions
• continousy follow-up implementation of mitigation actions
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You hold a minimum education as a B.A or B.S. In this role management experience as group leader is critical. Experience as Project Manager, preferably within automotive is meritating as well as experience with project process models such as IS-GDP. We think that you are an excellent communicator, good at delegating and follow ups. You are experienced in making presentations, participate and/or drive workshops and status report, you have good cross functional leadership skills. Your work approach can be described as collaborative, analytic, creative, pragmatic and autonomous and you are a team player with high energy level and very good ability of negotiation and networking within and across organizational borders. Futhermore you are skilled in coaching and facilitation as well as having a good understanding of interpersonal relations and organizational development.
The position includes frequent travel. Proficiency in the English language is required, other languages are beneficial. The position holder will report to the SCM Program Director within Logistics Development, SCM department.
