HR PMO Coordinator - Stockholm
Electrolux HR is on a digital transformation journey, driving globalization and continuous improvement of our HR/People processes leveraging platforms such as Cornerstone, Glint and Phenom. All with the aim of making it easy and enhancing the user experience for candidates, employees and staff leaders across Electrolux globally. Key initiatives to further accelerate our journey include;
• Skills and career development - visualizing internal career paths and equipping our employees with the necessary skills for the future with enhanced digital learning opportunities
• Personal Data Management - enables end-to-end employee data lifecycle management in a global tool
• Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Acceleration - improving ways to attract talent
We are looking to further strengthen our Group HR PMO team, which leads the work of planning, developing and implementing new solutions and ways of working globally. This role reports to the Head of Group HR PMO and is a great opportunity for learning and growth as part of the engagement and development journey through the 14 months of experience that the programme provides.
You will support project managers with operational project management tasks such as status tracking for ongoing initiatives. You will support the Head of Group HR PMO with the development of the 5-7 year strategic planning and roadmap. You will engage in activities with the aim of visualizing and quantifying the targeted improvements, such as business case development, KPI definition, and baseline measurements. You will run implementation-related activities in close collaboration with our Change Manager. You will work in a truly global environment with a high tempo in a diverse and highly motivated team. You will be based in Stockholm.
A typical day at work
As an HR PMO coordinator and member of the global HR PMO team, you will:
• Partner and work closely with the rest of the global HR PMO team; the global project managers, the change manager and regional implementation coordinators
• Collaborate with project team members, external vendors, on-site HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and understanding of upcoming activities
• Apply a structured change management approach to drive adoption, competence and sustainable outcomes of various change initiatives led by Group HR & Communications
• Train change agents and equip them with tools
• Define success metrics associated with adoption and monitor these
• Continuously improve our project and change management methodology and toolbox
• Support in building expertise around project and change management in our function
• Proactively contribute to HR PMO team knowledge building

Education and experience:
The service requires:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in any academic discipline with a strong passion for HR and project management
• Ability to handle high tempo and change, ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
• Digital mindset with customer-centric focus
• Great communication skills, ability to create and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate discussions between different teams
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and advisory attitude
• Excellent MS-Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
It is preferable:
• 1-2 years of project management experience
• Experience of working globally
• Great interest in and understanding of continuous improvements and agile working methods
