Would you like to work in an international environment within an educational organisation? We are now looking for a school and HR administrator to join our fantastic team.
Internationella Engelska Skolan Kista is an independent school with students in grades 4-9, and an enrollment of 960 students. The school opened in August 2015 and is IES biggest start up school with 18 classes. Over the past 3 years we have expanded and are now at 30 classes. We have currently 97 staff members working for the school.
We follow the Swedish curriculum, teaching in both English and Swedish. Staff and students come from all over the world bringing interesting knowledge, experience and possibilities into the school. In our school we have over 50 languages spoken among the students and staff
The main duties of the role include:
• Student intake
• Managing our web based communication program, SchoolSoft
• Handling general enquiries
• HR Administration
• Ad hoc duties
We are looking for someone who is positive, service-minded and organized. Has a great eye for detail and enjoys doing different tasks. Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word is essential while knowledge of Schoolsoft and google docs is a merit. Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish are essential for regular contact with students, parents and staff.
