EQT-owned Arken Zoo is heading years of strong growth, and will need an experienced, business driven and brave HR Manager - are you ready for the challenge?
As the HR manager of Arken Zoo, you will be supporting the Swedish management in various people related matters. You will function in a matrix organization as in collaboration with the Musti ja Mirri Group HR team, and work very close to the CEO and management of the Swedish Arken Zoo.
Arken Zoo will in the near future be on-boarding several new leaders and employees and together you will build the company to be one of the coolest places to work in the Swedish retail market. You will play an instrumental role to enable the company to reach the goals of high market growth and being the largest pet retail chain in the Nordic region.
In the role we expect you to:
Innovate and implement new working practices as modern HR professionals in today’s world do. You have more a less a green field operation to start from, so agile thinking and quick implementation capabilities are a must have.
Build right teams and enable their success through right talent selections and resourcing decisions.
Ensure basic people practises and processes are in place and in line with local legal requirements to ensure solid basis for future growth.
Complete the integration of several recent acquisitions in Sweden from people perspective.
Support leaders and employees in everyday people topics both in retail outlets, logistics as well as in the office environment.
Lead the company culture development together with the Swedish management team as well as with Group HR Team.
Communicate effectively internally by using modern media channels.
Your profile:
Academic degree
8-10 years of working experience from retail, preferable with strong well-known brands
Best practise experience and knowledge of modern people practises ref. Great Place to Work companies
Agile project management capabilities and strong implementation drive
Modern people technology understanding
Excellent social skills
Strong business focus
The person we are looking for in this position must be self driven and confident. You are a leader who is eager to develop and help others to develop.
