hela Sverige Zara Mall of Scandinavia is looking for a HR Manager from 01.01.2023 to 31.10.2023. It is a substitution position on fulltime, in our Store in Sweden.

What we expect from you
As a HR Manager, you are an integral part of the Inditex group. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the store team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team.
Some of your mail responsibilities will be:
Oversee all HR activities such as; talent management, employee communications, recruitment process
Union communication and negotiations
Motivate, encourage and inspire your team
Follow up HR processes on both strategic and operational level as well as knowledge of local labour law
