hela Sverige We are currently looking for an interim HR Manager during 12 months of parental leave:
Main responsibilities:
• HR expertise - being the expertise in the HR field both strategically as well as operatively as well as develop and perform necessary training within the HR field for staff
• Recruitment & employer branding - independently manage the supply chain of personnel
• Leadership development & communication
• Management of compensation and benefits & HR administration
• Relationship with trade unions
Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in HR management and at least 5 years related experience
• Thorough knowledge of Swedish HR laws and regulations
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet project deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal effectively with all levels of the company's organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
• Flexible and willing to work in a constantly changing environment

We are currently looking for an interim HR Manager during 12 months of parental leave at our airport in Gothenburg.
