hela Sverige Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Partner with production leads in HR matters on team and individual level.
Responsible for planning, prioritizing HR initiatives in roadmap, and implementing plans, as well as overseeing the HR team.
Ensure projects are resourced according to production needs (recruitment).
Manage budget based on forecast and target metrics. Collaborate with production and operations teams to plan and implement HR and company- initiatives.
Oversee and implement compensation and benefit initiatives.
Oversee and implement professional growth initiatives and processes through competence sharing platforms & leadership programs.
Oversee and implement HR admin and payroll processes, as well as work environment, rehabilitation and health metrics.
Employee Legal - employment agreements, and other legal documents and processes.
Oversee external talent initiatives and networks, as well as student relations.
Use feedback, metrics and retrospectives to drive HR improvements and plan future initiatives for the studio.
Provide mentoring, development and performance management to HR team.
Collaborative sharing of knowledge and best practices with HR peer in the New York studio.
