Publiceringsdatum2008-10-20Dina arbetsuppgifterYour main task will be to receive inquiries regarding HR issues by telephone and email from all employees and managers in Sweden and register those inquiries in our registration system.
As the areas of responsibility are many and very complex, you have to be fast to learn and be able to acquire new areas of expertise, both individually and in collaboration with other members of the team. You have to share information with others and be an excellent team player, but you must be able as well to work independently in high tempo.
You will be working daily with different support systems (POL, HRMS, websites, information databases).
Opening hours for HR Direct desk are between 8.00 - 18.00 which means limited flexibility and extended working hours on schedule.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• Excellent verbal and written language skills in Swedish and English
• High degree of flexibility
• Be able to work independently, self motivated
• Service minded
• Able to handle sensitive/confidential information
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to deal with stress and high tempo
You should also have:
• Upper secondary school or college education
• Experience with personnel administration, HR and labor issues
• Previous experience in similar operation is a plus
