What do we offer

We are seeking a committed and passionate person who wants to join us in taking the HRBP function into the future. An essential element for our success is that we have a well laid out HR strategy, including among others, a focus on enhancing HR's presence in the line and strengthen our daily operational support to the managers. To align working methods and collaborate over functional boarders with one goal - more value added to the line managers.

Your main responsibility will be to provide operational and tactical HR support to managers to ensure that HR operations deliver the talent and performance necessary for achieving business goals. You will report to HR Director Product & Quality Organization.
This is a temporary position due to maternity leave.

What you 'll do

Your main responsibility will be to support managers and participate in selected management teams and execute HR deliverables in line with the respective units People strategy and business needs. You will be part of converting functional people strategy into specific activities and plans that fully support the respective organizations' business goals. You are also responsible for implementing and communicating HR policies, directives and processes and participate in HR Process work or HR Projects cross functionally.
Following tasks are also important for this position:

Supports managers in the following areas;
* Compensation & Benefits
* Workforce Planning & career development
* Recruitment and sourcing
* Rehabilitation
* Labour Relations
* Organisation development and change activities

You and your skills

You have several years of experience within the areas of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labour, and Change Management with business acumen to engage and effectively communicate with key internal stakeholders. This person has ability to deliver in time with high quality, to plan and prioritise with a flexible mind-set and with high integrity.
* Analytical skills, good user skills of most common IT programs incl. Excel and SAP
* Good Communication skills and interpersonal (influencing) skills with regular exchange of complex information. Mostly guiding and advising others.
* Ability to work independently, with continuous improvements, in a structured way and set right priorities
* Fluent in English, oral and written
