POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for HRBP Nordic Region (Sales organizations Nordic Region + Ljungby Plant) to join out Team.

ROLE OBJECTIVE
To drive implementation of the Electrolux HR plan. Provide leadership on the people aspects of business plans and provide solutions to the business management on people and organizational issues. Support managers to engage their employees around the values, strategy and objectives of the business to ensure all employees within Electrolux are clear on their contribution to the business objectives.The HRBP will serve both the Nordic Sales organization from Stockholm and the Ljungby plant from Ljungby. Frequent travels in Sweden and Nordic countries are required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Managers. Work with Managers to understand future requirements and act upon them.
• Drive corporate "Our Electrolux" for HR, acting as the "face of HR" for all business specific issues.
• Liaise with Unions and Work Councils, supporting management teams in bargaining and collective agreements, information and consultation meetings.
• Review Management Information (trend/analysis) provided by HR Services and business reporting and identify trend/issues for discussion and action with Managers.
• Coach, challenge/support Managers in their role on people-related processes.
• Support people development within World Class Manufacturing implementation.
• Support delivery of people strategy within sector and drive business results through identification and development of targeted HR interventions to deliver required results.
• Drive and lead change proactively, challenge with confidence, provide insight to the numbers.
• Balance global and local, common global frameworks, share best practices, flexibility to meet "glocal" needs.
• Identify cost effective, measurable people solutions, and develop tools in collaboration with Centers of Expertise and HR Services to deliver these to the business units to maximize opportunities for economies of scales, global consistency and shared learning.
• Actively drive people plans (recruitment of resources, talent mapping, succession planning) and workforce plans, structures and costs within the organization.
• Work with managers to plan organizational change in business units, considering change impact and people implications.
Reporting to:
• Functionally to Head of Change Management & HR Professional Sector.
• Operationally to Head of Commercial Nordic Region as well as to the Plant Manager in Ljungby.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Regional HR Manager with Experience and knowledge in Resourcing & Recruiting, Learning & Development, Reward & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Strategic Insights & solutions, Organization Design, Organization Change & Development and Performance & Talent Management.
• Ability to work with diverse client groups at all levels both locally and globally
• Capable in establishing goals and objectives to meet key deliverables and commitments using fact based information and data.
• Strong core values and integrity
• Good business knowledge & Insight
• Good relationship management
• Ability to think out of the box
• Experience in working with commercial/sales organizations as well as factories working with Lean principles is considered as a plus

LANGUAGES REQUIRED
• Fluent in Swedish and English
