POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Business Partner will provide HR partnership and expertise to assigned client groups. Develop and implement HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives. This position provides human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, employee retention, coaching/development, conflict management, and more.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise, influence and guide all levels of management on people-management and leadership related issues - act as point of contact for enquiries
Co-create processes and guidelines in cooperation with Global HR
Delivery of HR processes (Performance Management, Salary Revision, Recruitment, Work environment, Rehabilitation etc.)
Provide operational support and counsel to the organization
Anticipate the need for change and influence change before a crisis or inflection point arrives. Consciously strive to build networks of support for change goals and objectives.
Provide guidance on, and help conduct, the investigation of complex complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications or organization exposure
Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach with clear documentation and follow through.
Advises and coach line managers and provide constructive challenge in organizational assessment and workforce planning
Partner with Compensation and Benefit on making recommendations on job creation/leveling for roles of relevant market data and subsequent communications/recommendations made to the business unit.
Training of management tools
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Manage critical internal and external stakeholders (unions, authorities, etc.)
Entering HR employee data in Global HR system - Workday
Provide assistance against Kontek Lön AB, payroll outsourcing company
HR administration
Employer branding and Talent acquisition
Work environment - member of the work environment committee
Negotiations with unions
Recruitment

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
=> 5 years qualified HR experience

Knowledge and skills:
Considerable knowledge of HR processes, procedures, applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
Eexperience from union negotiations and deep knowledge of relevant national labor legislation and agreements (both white and blue collar)
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator
Understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices and standards
Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Very good knowledge in MS Office and preferably in Workday
Structured, result-oriented and have the ability to prioritize
Ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a global fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
