Working as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), is a complex, dynamic and interesting role where good understanding of the business is crucial when supporting our managers around the world, aiming to optimize the performance of our employees - and our company. To continue to successfully support our business, employees and customers, we're now looking for a strategic, innovative and business-minded HRBP for our Global Functions, Strategy & Product Management and IT. Your mission
In this position, your overall mission is to enhance organizational performance from an HR perspective in alignment with our business needs. You contribute to the development of our business strategy and provide HR expertise and support for the achievement of strategic business goals through development of our people and our organization. You source and facilitate the provision of services from other parts of HR, and you develop, implement and ensure the measures and activities needed to develop the culture of a high-performance organization. You're accountable for follow through on our core HR policies and processes - such as Talent & Succession, Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Resourcing - and you also act as a change agent within your area of responsibility.
In this role, you're an active part in the management teams of the Global Functions and you report directly to Seco Tools' Vice President of HR. You're located at our headquarters in Fagersta (Sweden), and international travel is part of the job.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a degree in HR or a similar field. You have experience from various HR or business assignments - preferably in a global industry - and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization. You have a well-developed business understanding and virtuous knowledge in how to create networks across countries and functions. You're also experienced in change management and culture change. As we work in an international setting, you have excellent skills in English, both written and verbal.

With your performance driven approach and strategic thinking, as well as your extensive experience from various HR business assignments, you have a clear direction for how to create a successful organization. As a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you easily build strong and lasting relationships with business and HR partners to ensure that we meet our business needs.
