Position Summary

We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to be the HR leader of the organization. You will be required to translate business objectives into a set of strategic HR initiatives and actions, which fully align with the company?s Group People Strategy and contribute to business growth, profitability and high levels of employee engagement. This will be accomplished through close partnership with the unit?s leadership team, developing a deep understanding of the business, and its strategic objectives, and by leveraging the full breadth of the Global HR function.

Job Description

HR Business Partner to support four Group Functions, GF Sales and GF Marketing & Communications. The position reports to Head of HR Group Functions and is hosted in GF Sales and GF Marketing & Communications and part of the Group Function Sales & Marketing Leadership Team.

Main responsibilities:

Lead the translation of business strategies into long and mid term plans for the organization with focus on the people aspects of the business
Close partnership with the unit?s Leadership team, developing a deep understanding of the organization and its strategic objectives.
Drive organizational and cultural change.
Secure timely and qualitative execution of HR Processes, Programs and policies in Supported Group Functions
Main processes in scope
• Compensation review
• LTV/STV
• Dialog
• IPM
• Talent Planning
• Competence Management
Functional Talent Management, secure build up and use of sufficient talent pools for key positions.
Work close with SMEs team. (Talent Management, Total Rewards workforce planning, talent Acquisition and Learning)
Drive the Global HR Community for sales, securing best practice sharing and implementation of common initiatives related to HR in the global Sales Community
Introduce Workforce Planning from a functional perspective for supported functions
Monitor market trends in human resources and organization area and adapt appropriate ideas into human resources strategies and programs especially within the supported functions
Provide expert advance and coaching to senior leaders and managers.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related field.
• 10 years experience from working in Human Resources as HR BP, HR Manager of equivalent.
Consultative and strategic experience from driving change from an HR perspective.
Clear, comprehensive understanding and experience of the link between HR and business strategy.
Fluent in English and Swedish both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Effective player with strong project management skills.
Substantial acumen & Analytical skills.
Broad understanding of Ericsson's business and organization across BUs, GFs and regions

Ability to manage own time and workload and juggle conflicting priorities.
Good written and spoken communication skills, leadership skills & team working
Ability to engage, inspire and influence people.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to drive projects and implement processes
