Worktasks
Oriflame is now looking for an HR-assistant to back up their Global HR-team during the summer period.

You will be part of the project team working on Oriflame’s Global Career Framework and support in various activities related to the launch. One area of responsibility is to add and format content in the Online Career Tool and to proofread and provide input on career handbooks, career level guides, career testimonials etc. You will coordinate creation of department descriptions and contribute to development of communication material etc. Global HR is owner of the project and you will work together with colleagues in Global Rewards, Global Talent Management and local HR Sweden reporting to the Project Manager.

Your profile
• Preferably HR related education and/or interest in HR/Communication
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Advanced English, both orally and written

As a person you are curious, communicative and persistent, have a high energy level and pay attention to details but with interest in organizational design and structures. You enjoy working independently with content editing and to coordinate, request and challenge information.
